Palazzo Nicolosio Lomellino, built at the end of ' 500 but completed in the ' 700 , now belongs to a Genoese family.
In 2004, during a radical restoration, hidden frescoes by Bernardo Strozzi were discovered.
The building welcomes visitors with a magnificent Nymphaeum, , on which opens a balcony adorned with statues, a prelude to further hidden terraces that offer wonderful views over Genoa.
Some of the rooms are open for guided tours, exhibitions, small conferences and receptions.
The Palace is located in the central and historic Via Garibaldi (formerly Strada Nuova ) , and is part of “Palazzi dei Rolli”, a list of 42 ancient palaces in Genoa, declared “World Heritage Site by UNESCO” in 2006.
